EEA-route pls help

hello guys im from turkey. i married with spanish girl 1 months ago in turkey.
now im going to apply Family grouping (with EU citizen) and when i will arrive spain in 90 days i have top apply resident permit card but i dont wanna get resident permint card from spain because if i will get resident permit card from spain it wont be article 10 residence card because my wife is spanish.7
what im thiking when i get my visa for spain i wanna go to germany and aplly there resident permit card is is posibble or i have to apply in spain because if i can aplly in germany will be better for me they will give me in 3 months article 10 residence card so i can travel to uk with that card
what do u think guy about that ?
