Can we request for both the passports to be returned using the return of documents service for EEA (FM) Residence Card and EEA (QP) Reg Cert application? HO received the documents on June 22, 2017.

I believe you can, reading from the posts on this forum.

I believe you are applying for Non EEA family member's EEA (FM) for 5 years, how long after you entered the UK you applied for the EEA (FM)

My parents are coming in the UK with EEA Family Permit I would like to apply straight away for them but there are places where it mentioned they can only apply after 3 months period after arriving in the UK.
