4. She was given right of Appeal, which shouldnt have been the case as per Regulation 8

This isn't a general discussion thread. Why are you once again posting your own situation in another member's thread?

If a Jurisdictional point is raised, you can indeed contend that your mother in law does not fall within the scope of Sala. It is usually how they deal with dependent family members application, but it will be resolved at the tribunal.
