If you seek permission to apply to Upper Tribunal, you may be successful.
However, You need to make sure you include all those pieces of evidence that were not included the last time like evidence of money transfers, your payslips, her financial circumstances etc. I concur with the Judge that you needed to have presented up-to-date financial remittances to your mum showing her dependency at the time of hearing... It is only logical as he has refused based on that. If you stopped making regular remittances from the date the appeal was filed to appeal hearing then it gonna be more difficult to prove.
Other things found against you do not hold as per EU Treaty like your brothers and their supposed wealth as he mentioned it that dependency can be of choice.

Direct Family Member assessed as Extended Family Member
1. Regulation 8 was applied by ECO instead of Regulation 7
2. Regulation 8 allows for extensive examination of personal circumstances
3. Application was refused probably the ECO didnt know the meaning of mother-in-law
4. She was given right of Appeal, which shouldnt have been the case as per Regulation 8
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I tried so hard to get the scan into shape

This isn't a general discussion thread. Why are you once again posting your own situation in another member's thread?

If a Jurisdictional point is raised, you can indeed contend that your mother in law does not fall within the scope of Sala. It is usually how they deal with dependent family members application, but it will be resolved at the tribunal.

Thanks Obie.
Come to think of it, do you think we have a case or is it better reapplying?

Please ensure you keep you own separate post, if i have to keep doing IT duties because you can't be bothered to post your own separate post, then i will have no time to offer any views.
I have your post from the other topic as correctly suggested by CASA, and set your own topic.
Regarding your question, suffice to say , i do no know what you provided them in support of your application, i am therefore unable to say whether they are wrong or not. However, you do have the right to appeal and reapply at the same time.
