CSI insurance for non-EU family members of EU nations who are permanent residents

I have a question for you.

We have a non-EU wife (with a family card issued by the UK authorities) married to an EU national who is himself is retired and holds a permanent residency card for the UK.

Does his wife have to get a Heath insurance policy (CSI)?
Or it would not be obligatory for her as it is not obligatory for her husband either any longer?

Any advice is most welcome!

Family members of an EEA citizen with PR do not require CSI.

Thanks for such a quick reaction. Is there some official UK document that could be quoted in case this is challenged by someone? Thanks!

An EEA national with PR (and family members) is not a category that requires CSIC.
