I am holder of Portuguese Passport. My minor Daughter is holding Indian Passport and UK Resident Card. we are staying in London. My daughter is receiving her PORTUGUESE Passport on 01/09/2017. I have to Surrender her INDIAN Passport and I have to return her UK RESIDENT Card . What is the Procedure and the Formalities? Please Advice. Thanks.

Why do you have to return the residence card stating she is the family member of an EEA citizen? She still is one! It may yet be useful, e.g. for re-entering the UK shortly after Brexit.
