that means is the mistake by the home office the make two decisions successful and refusal one one case
I have right appeal
Or make a news application for unmarried partners cause I have 2 years cohabitation with my eu wife
But them contradict them self what I can do if I can get procedural mistake by home office or sue them

What was the exact wording notifying you of a successful application? (omit any personal details).

this is confusing because the covering letter accompanying the return of mydocuments states that your application has been successful. However, the actual decision letter states that my application was refused due to the fact that there was not further evidence from my contry authorities regarding the validity of your marriage.
Obviously the covering letter contradicts what is stated in the decision letter

Seems to me the application was a successful one but the decision was a refusal, much like a 25 yard strike in goal was successful because it hit the onion bag but was disallowed due to a player being offside.

The reason I asked for the exact wording is due to applications often being considered as 'valid' but refused due to not meeting all the conditions.

Hi Mo, I’m in the same position now, I got married by proxy, but my application was refused because I didn’t provide a letter from a registrar or government body to recognise the marriage... my solicitor asked me to appeal but I’m thinking to get a letter from the registra to confirm our marriage an send a fresh application..
How did your appeal go??
