My French wife has been in UK since April 2012, in July 2012 she received blue card from home office uk.
she has been in employment from April 2012 to 2014 full time. from 2014 to 2015 she worked part time.
from 2016 September until now she is working as part time. now we are expecting our second child which wil be born in France same as our first child around her parents home..

i am thinking to apply for her permanent residence in uk..
has she got chance to get UK permanent resisdency.

i have got my non eea permit valid until 2020 march. i am concerend with Brexit..

please share your opinion.#

If she is working in UK since April 2012, she will be eligable to apply for PR, which she acquired in April 2017.
That is if shee meets the other criteria for recidency and hasn't be out of the country for more than 182 days per each of the 5 qualifying years
You can also apply with her for permanent residence as a direct family member of a EEA national

Due to new born baby born in octber 2014.
Will this have an affect on her permant residence.
She is french national.

Obviosuly baby will be french national because my wife is french national..
Is it good to have baby delivered there considering brexit..
Please advise..on both issues..

Did she reside in the UK during this time or did she reside in France?

If she resided in the UK, did she have CSI (aka private health insurance) in the UK at any time that she did not work or did she have a non-UK EHIC Card for the whole of that period?

If she resided in France, how many months did she reside in France continuously?

If child is born in the UK, it will automatically be born a British citizen if the mother has PR at the time of birth. Even otherwise, it will be entitled to be registered as a British citizen when one parent acquires PR.

For the one year,
She traveled a lot.. like 2 months uk, 1 month france.. so about 7 month uk 5 months or about in france
We did not have any csi insurance.. as I did not know anything about then..
What can be done for this 1 year gap now..
Or how do I cover this mistake in 2020 when it comes to my pr eea
