Dear All,

I am a German citizen and planning to settle with my husband in UK who is Indian. I would like to know what kind of Visa should I apply? Will you please share the link where I can find information on what visa I should apply and how much I should pay?

You cannot apply for a visa - that would be under UK Immigration Laws.
You need a family permit under EEA rules, which can be applied for outside the UK:
https://www.gov.uk/family-permit

The family permit will cover the husband, but does assume that Sroy will become a qualified person. I misread the question as saying that Sroy would be the dependant, in which case she would use either the UK Immigration rules or would have to be a qualified person for long enough that they could become self-sufficient on the basis of his earnings and their CSI.

To avoid any confusion, as Sroy is the EEA national and not the dependent the advice above is correct.

Actually, it is entirely possible that Sroy is the dependant. It's not impossible that the couple are rich enough not to need to work.

There are many what ifs...but I tend to be guided by the thread topic, often to avoid the thread straying off-topic, confusing the OP when it becomes a debating platform.
