Just wondering if anyone could explain the PM Exceptions department role in the home office.Just received my COA and it was signed by someone from that department,presumably the case worker.I am just curious to know as my case is not exceptional.Thanks

My COA also shows PM exceptions at the second page. ROR application. Don’t worry about it.

Well, i complained about the refund as they didn't refund completely the money HO owe me and i received a letter from PM Exception aswell, without apologizing the delay and didnt mention when would i receive this money!

What money?
