Expired Residence Card

Hello everyone I'm kate and I am 21 years old regarding on my situation my mum brought me to Ireland when I was 9 years old she's married to an Irish man who sponsored me. I came with an EEA Family Permit visa and then was granted with the residence card 2007 and it expired 2012 I didn't know what to do after cause i was young and had no help so I went back to Philippines. Now I'm looking to go back but I can't travel with the expired visa. Please help me what to do I can't afford a legal advice. Am I citizened by now? Or should I apply another visa? If so what type of visa.
