Well I got home at 10.00 checked the status of application on line and still waiting a decision was there.
At 17.15 checked again, and Decided this time

How interesting, is that today at 20.00 UK time, my wife will collect from DHL office in Lima (Peru), the passport with the decision of the Family Permit applied on the 18th of October

Is this a coincidence?? well, fingers crossed, we will get what we expecting for.

So we got the Family Permit, no conditions or observations.
Just number of entries: multi
Type: Family Member of a Swiss National
Date valid from end January 2018 just 11 days before the flight, not bad, I was expecting this week date, so a good result, just waiting for the RC now.
