Biometrics enrolled but not received by HO

I have just received a second Biometrics letter in which HO says I failed to enrol my biometrics when the first letter was sent. I did enrol biometrics a couple of weeks ago and within the 15days timeframe. Got the post office receipt and barcode sticker too. Now they want me to enrol (again) within 15 working days.
Has anyone had this experience?
How was it resolved?

Meanwhile, I'm just going to save myself time and enrol again.

I heard home Office had problem integer biometric system and it’s resolved last Friday may be it was because of that I would advise re do it and send the copy of post office letter to Liverpool address.

Thanks for the responses. I have since enrolled again without wasting my time. I hope the certificate of application will arrive this week.

No COA yet, 2 weeks and counting. When I called the guy said it may take up to 3 weeks, one can only wait. Have you got yours?

Still no COA. I wanna write an email to them on Monday but I can't find the COA official address though I've come across it here earlier. Can anyone please forward that email address?

The same with me, i am planning to send them email on Monday if not received by then. This is the email address to request COA nweurocoarequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

You should receive an automatic response as i understood from other members experiences.

Good luck.
