UK permanent residency

Hi Everyone,
Looking for an advise with regards to my situation.
In July 2013 I moved to the UK with a EEA family member visa valid for 6 months. We weren't married at the time.
In January 2014 I got a UK residency card valid which expires in January 2019.
We got married in February 2014.
When can I apply for the permanent residency?
Is the 5 years from July 2013? In which case I could apply for the PR in July 2018?
