Non-EEA retain right of residency refused by HO.

hi guys

i have divorce with eea family member after 4 year and now i wanted to apply for resident card

i have following document

join bank account till today and we both using as well same add
old utility bills on my wife name same add
mobile bills up to date same add
her uni letter that mentioned she doing study full time same add
doctor latter with same address
enrolment letter same add
water bills up to date
her payslip same add before she start study
marriage certificate
divorce certificated
only i wanted to know do i need her ID or passport apply fore visa and do i have enough document to apply

please advise me thanks

You will not qualify as there is no CSI

CSI = Comprehensive Sickness Insurance

Thanks obie but I don’t think so that reply for me i need advise that of i have enough documents and do i need my x wife original ID THANKS

I know the friend who apply for ROR and none of them had csi and they granted resident card

What they are saying is, your ex wife was a student during the divorce hence she was not qualified person if she hasn't got CSI, for eea students they need CSI to be qualified, to retain the right of residence your ex wife needs to be exercising treaty rights, which does not seem to be...

So how can i get her csi still we are in contact and i can ask her to make it if important??
Please need advise as i am looking forward to apply as soon as possible thanks

CSI cannot be backdated, was your ex wife only studying during divorce or was she also working may be part time...

So let me explain my situation I married for four years and now i am only waiting to finish my divorce and it’s will be soon may be next week
And i wanted apply for retain right of residence and i have all documents which i need but not CSI
from her.and she worked full time till we start divorce even she work one more month after we start divorce and now she doing study for 3 months so is there i can do something

If decree absolute has not been issued then buy csi for both of you, this might help and also you need to be working after divorce, Obie or other moderators can assist better, but buy csi before decree absolute is issued by
