Hello members.

I'm a silent reader of this forum from last 6 months, I want to share my timeline,
I Applied for non eea spouse visa

Applied June 2015
Refused by HO November 2015
FTT hearing June 2017
Appeal allowed 17 July 2017
PDCU acknowledgment letter received 17 September 2017
Since then nothing heard from HO
Waiting for BRP and documents.
post decision casework unit acknowledged the tribunal judge decision on 17 September 2017 it's nearly 5 months since my appeal has allowed, my solicitor wrote 2 letters to pdcu, I emailed them twice, but they kept complete silence, I know patience is key to dealing with HO. But they are making it very hard, it's been 29 month my passport is in home office, I don't know how long I have to wait before I get my brp and passport back. Living in dilemma. If any body gone through or going through in same situation please reply, how long they actually take after allowed appeal, 6 months 7 months or a year. Thanks in advance

Can you explain exactly what you have applied for please and what nationality your spouse is? You have been posting the same topic in different sub forums.
