Help With EEA Application

I have been living in the UK illegally for 12 years. I came on a 6 month tourist Visa in 2005 from Africa and overstayed. I have lived with my EEA fiancé for about two years and recently, we had a baby girl. The arrival of our baby forced us to postpone wedding plans as money is tight and the baby is priority.
A friend of mine recommended this site to me as a place to go to get useful information.
The question I would like ask is if there is any application I can make as a person living with a EEA fiancé and we have a baby together? Do I have to wait for our wedding first?
