Family permit delays

Hi guys, just hope anybody can help my husband is Ukrainian I’m Lithuanian we applied for family permit to get my husband to the uk first time we got refused because we didn’t included his divorce certificate on the 15th of November we applied again and still didn’t heard anything from H O we got the email on the 16 th November that application was passed to the decision centre it states that it’s normaly takes 15 working days so it’s more than 15 now and didn’t got any emails if anybody can tell me if it’s normal we are so nervous. Thanks

Delay is normal, it is taking months. See this thread for people in the same situation as yours,
