Dear

I am Lebanese man married with Bulgarian lady , my wife and my daughter are living in UK , I joined them a month ago with a visit visa and I am looking to stay with them here in UK , we contact the citizen advisor in bulton and explain them our situation , they were so friendly and give us a Form to fill and to send in order to apply for the residency card . Now my concern is after applying for it do I have the right to work ? Am I going to receive any notification or official letter from the immigration showing that legally I can work ?
Appreciate your help..

About a month after the application for the Residence Card you will receive a certificate of application which hopefully allows you to work. Sometimes this certificate is sent without right to work, anyway when you receive the Residence Card you will be able to find a job.

I really wonder how can you get a Residence Card without EEA_FP process first, or do you mean EEA_FP by ''visit visa''. Final question is; am I missing something here?

A residence card is to be requested inside the UK, a FP outside the UK, but if you are already in the UK for any reason (visit visa, work visa, student visa) you can apply for a residence card without having a Family Permit.
