Good day, I need an advice concerning my status in the UK, I move to the UK from France with my families in Feb 2015 with three kids, I obtain a UK residence permit base on a family member of EU (5yr permit.)We are just a partner not marry.
At the moment my woman decide to live as a single mother with all the problems she has been given, she has removed my name from our council house claiming benefit, I cannot receive letter there,am paying their rent and am still paying my own rent, without benefiting anything from what she is collecting, but am looking at my own future, that is why am sicking for an advice from does who can guide me.

You position is very weak as you are not married.

Even if you were married, you would need a marriage of 3 years and a divorce to succeed in retaining your right.


It is sad the way she is treating you and I wish I had something more positive to share with you.
