I'm a dependant of a Eu family member, but the extension (5 years) application was declined due to lack of enough dependency ties. The appeal has been rejected due to lack of enough paperwork. Can one apply on a different route

What is your relationship to your EU sponsor?
How old are you?
Is your EU sponsor a qualified person exercising treaty rights?
What is your immigration history in the UK?

How is your EEA citizen father exercising treaty rights?
When CR001 asked what your immigration history in the UK is, she meant if you can give details of when (month/year) you entered and when (month/year) you made applications to the Home Office and when (month/year) your applications succeeded/failed, etc.
Also, what proof of dependency did you submit?

Also, what nationalities do you and your father hold?

Entered UK With student visa Aug 2009
2012/AUG granted dependency on an EEU visa 5 years.
2017 father applied for a residence card and endorsed me as a dependant and my son.
Both received the indefinite card but mine was rejected
The application was refused based on we do not live at the same address as required, I have a son (7years) born here but has a dependency visa through my father.
I appealed and it was rejected on the same grounds,
my nationality Tanzania
father Belgium passport
thank you
