UK Visa for baby born in UK

Hi,

Let me explain my situation. I am an Indian National on EEA dependant Family visa, living in UK. I had a baby born in UK, who as of now holds an Indian Passport. The child's father is a EEA national and has applied for a PR but not yet received.

I have to travel to India with my baby for a short stay, before I leave I need a visa for her which will allow entry in UK. I have checked the websites for form for visa, all I can find are forms to apply form outside UK.

Please could you advise if it is allowed to apply for a visa in UK for UK or is there any other alternative solution to my problem.

Secondly I don't prefer to go to India without a Visa for my baby due time constraints in applying for the same, plus the risk of a rejection. Thanks

NelP

Apply for the same EEA Residence Card you have.

Can the child not get a passport of the EEA nationality through the EEA citizen father?

Or that yes.

Of course, the child would then lose Indian citizenship.
