No payment has been taken

Hi,
I applied as an extended family member of European national in February 2018. My solicitor received confirmation email in mid of March. I have a got a case ID. Since then no payment has been taken nor my solicitor received anything from them. I called Eu enquiry centre, they took my personal info and said will take 5 working days. I did receive a voice mail after few days that we are calling from uk immigration contact centre. I did not receive a call. On the same day I received a voice mail again saying that this is our 2nd attempt to contact you and we closing your reference for enquiry. What shall I do now. Please help
