EEA FM notice for marriage 70 days investigation

Hello EEU _ NON EEU me and my girlfriend give notice for marriage and the home office said they need proves and they extended in 70 days they said the May take us on the interview anyone can help please does anyone know what is going to happen we are together almost 1 year and a half ! And we have everything bills in our names and history call and messages since we met and we live together more than 6 months anyone help please

I don't want to scare you but happened to see one case - where HO intervened the marriage not to go ahead at the registry office but made non arrest and requested more proof. Few days/weeks later sent Home office immigration officers to investigate the address and wrote a report that found less evidence of living together or cohabitation. Weeks later a guy(NON EEA) got detained and deported later. Gather all the proof as requested.

If you have no legal immigration status in the UK, you risk being detained during the interview.

We have all they need as a prove because we are living and it's not a sham and I can show them with history calls , messages , with my girlfriend family messages and call and pictures from when we started together , so can anyone tell me if they still can deport me ?
