Dear Members .
My first time posting
Today i applied for PR after 5years of legal residency 3of them as married to EU national and 3years as retain right
My solisitor mentioned about my ex wife ID . which i dont have and i havent submited 2years ago but still isduec with seco d RC . he said law have been changed but i still have hope to have my PR ..
Any experience in this forum ?

Hello ,

My solicitor submitted my permanent residence application under retain right of residency
i have already retain right on 2016 and HO issued new resident card valid till 2021 but I dont have to wait till expire as my first one was granted in 2013
my question is ,when solicitor wrote cover letter , He mentioned regulation 2006 instead of 2016 , I dont know if HO still considering regulation EEA 2006
do i have to point that to my solicitor ?
