Online Form IAFT-6 Step 5 of 8

Hi everyone,
the online form shows a blank page when moving from Step 5 to Step 6. Did someone encounter that problem already?

Now it says:
Your reference: IAFT6-[ServletException in:/tiles/IAFT6/page-1.jsp] javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: Cannot find bean token in scope session'
Can someone please tell me how to upload images here? I'm familiar with markup, but local path is not accepted.

Okay...progress seems lost.
I have no incentive to start that form again without knowing if it simply fails again at some point. Just reviewed the browser the settings...pop-ups allowed, cookies allowed.
Anyway, I am appealing to a refusal for my married spouse with a valid german spouse residence card. Reason given by Entry Clearance Officer was lack of pictures documenting our relationship.
Is that legal after all? My wife went through the process of filtering for arranged marriage when marrying me in Germany. So how does the UK dare to do that again?
