EEA biometric permit cancellation

Hi all 
I am a from Belgium and I have been living in the UK for 9years now. At the beginning of this year I sponsored my son to come in the uk. He came on EEA Family Permit and then got his Biometric Residence Permit. He then decided to start living on his own. As he is not depending on me anymore I would like to cancel his permit. He is 20 years old. What is the procedure to cancel his permit?
