Unmarried partner of a EU national with a child

Hi everyone, I would like to know what the chances are for to be granted a residency card as a extended family member of an EEA national. Iā€™m Jamaican and my partner is Slovakian. We have been living together for two years and we have a child. How likely is it for my application to be granted?
I currently have temporary admission to the UK with no right to work or no recourse to public funds so Iā€™m completely dependent on him.
Any questions are welcomed. Thank you šŸ˜Š

As long as you have adequate evidence to show that you have been in a durable relationship for 2+ years (having a child together helps!) - it should be fine.

Have a look at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... -nationals

What evidence do you think would be sufficient to prove this?
Thank you for your reply
