Settled status in less than 5 years ?

If UK citizen again takes up employment in another EEA state after working and residing continuously in UK for 3 years with non-EEA family member then they can get settled status instead of pre-settled ?

Does it also apply to UK-Surinder-Singh sponsor ? ie. UK citizen who had previously exercised EEA Treaty rights ?If you start work or self-employment in another EU country
If you’re an EU citizen you can get settled status if you start work or self-employment in another EU country and you both:
have lived and worked or been self-employed in the UK continuously for 3 years beforehand
usually return to your UK home once a week
