Good morning members we all know brexit is round the corner and we know every EEA national and the familly member must apply for settlement or pre-settlement regardless holding PR or RC must apply my question is how a police caution will affect the settlement scheme will they consideration or not as criminal record?
Thanks

For "(pre)-settled status" there will be a criminality check as you already know. We don't know how that works so nobody can tell you for sure - clearly the Home Office uses many sources.

Have a look at these other similar threads on the topic of criminality checks and Settled Status, and at the links embedded on those threads:

A police caution is normally considered a minor offence - from what we know today, it's unlikely to affect your Settled Status application.

None can give you any assurance at this stage - the system has not been released.
