Non Eu family member rights with settled stauts

Please could you help me because i have read alot through HO website and here too but i cant find the answer
What are actually the rights for non eu family members? Is it the same as PR?
And i mean, can you divorce later and your stauts wont be affected? Like the PR
Will you still questioned at the airport about your spouse when you travel alone? If you have SS
Am i still in the shadow of my eu citizen even after i got my SS?
Im on BRC but my partner has got her SS yesterday
I need to apply in march because this will mark exactly 5 years of our marriage

HO hasn't published the rights of Non-EU with settled status yet. I am granted settled status and HO mentioned in the email that they will update rights soon on gov. Uk.

First of all congratulations on your settle status. Please could you tell if you got PR after retained right of residence? And did you submit any other documents apart from ID etc. ?

First of all congratulations on your settle status. Please could you tell if you got PR after retained right of residence? And did you submit any other documents apart from ID etc. ?

I had PR and I only submitted my PR as ID on app.
