I am from outside the EEA.
I have a tier 1 UK visa and a BRC.

My wife is from the EEA.
She has Settled status.

1. When I apply for settled status, will I be able to do this entirely though the app?

2. Are the only documents I need likely to be:
a) my non EEA passport
b) marriage certificate
c) my BRC

Hi CR,

We have only been married one month prior to the application (I hope that isn't an issue - I expect I will get pre settled status)

We have lived together for maybe 1 year.

This is a different question to the earlier one, I really just want to understand if I need to do a manual application via post and if there are any surprise documents I need.
