Need an advice ASAP!

Hello everyone,

I've been struggling to find the right solution to my problem. I am in a long-term relationship with my boyfriend, have lived together from when my parents moved both to the UK until 29 jan this year.

We were planning to get married, but unfortunately we realized that If I ever want to come to the UK other than a tourist, I must be single and dependent upon my father, who is an EEA national.

I am already in the UK, with a family permit, soon to apply for a residence card, but I am already 20 years old and soon to turn 21. My boyfriend will come to stay with me here but as a tourist, as you know, for max. of 6 months.

Is it possible to bring my boyfriend here with a FP as an extended family member (son-in-law of my father) if we get married during the summer?

Thank you in advance!

Do not hesitate to tell me your thoughts about this case..

Procedure after application?

Hello guys,

We have applied for my husband dependent upon my father (EFM) on 22nd of October. Tomorrow we are finally receiving the decision. There hasn't been any refusal letter yet(the previous time it was sent on his email address).

So I was wondering, as when we made the formal complaint they said:
A decision has been made on 8th of November and the VAC was informed of the decision
The application was processed on 19th of December
The application and all relevant documents were dispatched to the VAC

What are they doing during the "processing" when the decision has been made almost 2 months prior? Does anyone have any insight of the procedures inside the DMC?
