Hello dear members
we are considering writing to our local MP to ask for his help in our application foe pre settlement.
I am British and my partner is non-EU, we came here via SS route 2016.
I am unsure as how to format it. Could anyone here share with me their letter?
Thank you

Hello
There is no format really.
Just find your MP using think link:
https://members.parliament.uk/FindYourMP
Write to him and cc his secretary. It's important as the secretary is more involved in dealing with email than the MP.
Explain briefly your issue. Don't write a novel. Just explain who you are, what you did and what's your issue with the Home Office.
In your signature, put your full contact details including your address as they can respond only if you live within their jurisdiction / constituency.
