Hello,
I am non EEA family member with Settled status in the UK. I have a (non EU citizen) brother depended on me for his bad health. (he has kidney removed when he was 4 years old because of cancer, now 37 years old but still occasionally suffer from bad health).

Will my brother be able to apply for "Pre Settle Status" before 31 December 2020 while he is in the UK on Visitor visa.

What kind of documents we have to send to Home Office if we decided to apply for "Pre Settle Status" for extended family member of a person with Settled status.

The same advice applies as your previous question about your parents.

Also, only an EU citizen can sponsor, you can't.

Hello

Only an EU national can sponsor family under the EU Settlement Scheme. This right is not transmissible. That's to say, the fact that you have an EU Settlement Card doesn't entitle you to sponsor other people under the Scheme.

There are no options to stay in the UK starting from a visitor visa. If he tries, he will just enter the Home Office records as trying to immigrate and next time he won't get a visitor visa or even refused entry.
