EUSS permit - escalation

Hello everyone,
My sister applied for EUSS Family permit In the end of March.
So far we haven't had any response from UKVI.
How do we escalate the matter? Most of all - how do we get her passport back?
Thanks in advance.

Hey mate,
I'm currently out of the country with my Danish spouse (I'm the brit), she submitted BIOS at the end of March also (22nd). So far we've just got a bunch of complex mails as well as false hope.
Tried escalating this to UKVI, but sadly, it does nothing.
MP's are not very good either, takes 2-3 weeks to hear from the Home Office with a copy and paste we received before.

Also, I got this note from UKVI when trying to escalate via their "paid" service.

Also, I called their paid service this morning - said the EUSS FP timeline is now sitting at 6 months.

On your last, can you clarify that please?
It will take 6 months to get a decision?

Hi, what did you apply for? You say you are a "brit"? Is it a Surinder Singh application?

Hi Davy,
It could be a couple of weeks, it could be months, also. They are overloaded, I think.

Hey,
Sorry, yes, I am the british sponsor for my Danish wife.
They said at UKVI paid service, that it can take up to 6 months, so they've been moving the goal post from 15 days, 6 weeks, 12 weeks now 6 months.
Yes - it's also the surinder singh - Join a qualifying british citizen - EUSS Family Permit.
They implied they were drowned, so I don't expect anything this month. But I have had a few others who did their bio's around the same time get a decision in made response.
