can someone help and provide the guidance what are the steps to be taken after my spouse arrives in UK?
I am EU with pre-settled, she is non EU (visa required). I was in UK before 1st Jan, she applied March, and just got a visa on EU family permit

1) how she applies for pre-settled? Does she needs to apply for residence card first and provide biometrics again? how long does it take
2) can she applies for NiNo while waiting ?

if someone has a link with the guidance it would be excellent,

how she can apply when her passport is non - EU? does she needs to take some card or send the passport? really not clear, it looks like they updated the rules from few days ago

EU exit doc application says for non-EU passport to be sent by post - without any instructions where
so, really not clear

Anyone? seems that the guidance are not updated on the top of the page
How she applies for the presettled status upon arrival? how she verifies the doc?
are there residence cards to apply?
