Hi all i have a friend and her current status is pre settled status. but she bad credit with her phone contract and loan. but no ccj. will this be a problem once she apply for her settled status? even she will offer repayment plan. any advice please

Settled Status is a residency based scheme - friend needs to prove five years of residency through the relevant evidence. Debt issues don't need to be disclosed, as far as I know. There's no "Good Character" requirement, except if the applicants has criminal convictions.
