Has anyone had the experience to change name/surname in UKVI account via sending the passport to Home office?

Since her surname/name changed with her new passport from Denmark, we sent her passport to home office, received it back after 2 weeks with a note stating request has been forwarded to the relevant team. Since then, no email, comms and the new details does not work to login.

Any idea how long it takes to update them? It's now been 4 weeks.

Here's the reply for my own question as a reference to the forum; it took another 4 weeks for the update to happen. So, we sent the passport and received it in 2 weeks and then 4 weeks for update to happen.

By the way, no email update when these happened, just kept on checking myself.
