Since I am about to apply for her EEA2 I did a bit of googling and found this document:

I haven't seen it here and thought I would post it as it does contain some decent information, certainly helped me with a couple of questions to save cluttering up the boards -oh I am!

section 5.5 onwards deals with Surinder Singh cases.

A load of rubbish, there would be a lot of challenges to this piece of garbage. There incompetent system would be more incompetent and jammed up with appeals and challenges.
