CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO GET MY RC INTO A PASSPORT

I received my RC in A4 paper in Aug.2010 now i want it in my passport can someone give me an idea how to get it in my passport.
Also i want to known if i can travel with it if not in a passport.

You will need to make a fresh application to have the RC in your passport which could take 6 months or more. Some Embassies do create problems if the RC is not in the passport. So it would depend where you want to travel
