EEA family permit - what next?

Ok so my wife who is a non-eu family member married to me a brit
exercising his eu rights as we lived for the last 5 years in the Netherlands
and now moving to the uk.
She now has her EAA family permit (great), and as we intend to reside permanently in the uk what are the next steps?
What application does she need to do from within the uk? .. to apply for permanent residence, and importantly advice on any documents we'll need from the Netherlands as part of that application , as it will be dam difficult to get them when we are in the UK, so would like to make sure we bring them with us...
