Dear All

Today I am being married to my EU partner for 5 years. According to UK HO i don't need to apply for eea3 card means its not compulsary.

Now when I will be coming back to the UK and IO will check my passport will he/she know that i am PR now?

you cant apply for eea3 anyways as thats for EEA nationals. you will need to apply using EEA4. If your RC is valid you can travle freely. IO might ask you questions re: your partner if you travel alone but shouldnt be a problem.
