Dear Members
Just a question if anyone can answer please as the embassy is not replying yet.

Lets say you have a british passport or eea4 then you wish to visit another eu country lets say germany austria etc or stay bit more there.. is it easy to get a resident permit for that country if you have a british passport or eea4 nd you need to stay for more than 90 days. etc

Many thanks again

Like so many other organisations they may be closed between Christmas and New Year, especially for non-urgent issues.

There is a big difference if you have PR in the UK or if you are British.

Having a PR won't change the fact that you will still need to apply for a long stay visa if you wish to stay more than 90 days.

If you are British, then you enjoy free movement in the EEA and if exercising treaty rights can stay as long as you wish (some countries will require you to register if stayed for more than 3 months).
