Ok guys need your help again. I know I have asked this q back but it will be a great help if you can really answer me.

I am baout to apply for eea3/4 for my wife and myself as we are married for 5 years.

my eea partner was not working for a month but before she left her job she worked for 1 yr under Rgistration certificate. When we relocated from N.ireland to main land she didn’t have work for 30 days. But we have a proof that she was looking for work for that period. As I have an email from a lady from a recruitment agency asking if my wife is looking for work and she might have something for her. The email the lady sent is on my email as my wife’s email was not used to apply for job. Do you think this email will be ok to prove that my wife was looking for work as we don’t have any bank staements during those 30 days when she was not working. will this effect her treaty rights as we dont have CSI for that period?

Now after 30 days she found a selfemployment work but it was based on commision basis and the ni she paid was £60 in total of her selfemployment as she was not making enough money from the company produts.

Last but not the least could you please tell me how can I proove we live together other then submitting our tenancy agrement?

Does CRB is a proof of addess as she was CRBed in june last year?

Guys could you please kindly tell me what extra documents can I attach to proove our marrige is genuine and we are living together. I know things are mention in form eea3/4 but I want your advice?

Many Thanks in advance.

Punjab,

You keep on getting back to this issue so I guess you are very worried about this point. Don't be. I would be very surprised if the HO will argue that being out of work for 30 days without CSI would mean your wife was not exercising treaty rights.

Now after 30 days she found a selfemployment work but it was based on commision basis and the ni she paid was £60 in total of her selfemployment as she was not making enough money from the company produts.
As long as the work she was doing was real and effective, I believe it should be fine.

Utility bills, letters from government agencies sent to your home address.
The CRB could prove her residence in June last year but you will need to provide evidence to cover the 5 years (but not every day of it. There is no need to send 2KG of bank statements. Make it simple).

You don't need to submit anything to prove that your marriage is genuine. A marriage certificate is enough. If you have been married for 5 years, that's more than enough to show that it is genuine.

do u have a resident card base on you are being a family member on an eea.. (marriage) not durable relationship..

so u dont have to prove that your marriage is genuine cus it was already accepted before as a genuine marriage..

u need prove of 5 years residence 5 years treaty right for your wife in order to confirm that u have completed 5 continious years in the uk..

all what u need :
marriage certificate..
evidence of residence for the past 5 years. it doesnt have to be joint.. but u need to show 5 years residence.. any letters, bank statements, bills, tenancy agreement etc...

employment history for your wife..
payslips p60s etc..
for self employment
invoices, tax return, bank statements..

ur passports of course..

30 days not working for your wife its not gonna make a problem at all///

so all the best and good luck
