Hi All, I have an in inquiry regarding an residence card. I have been issued with an EEA Residence card which have been issued on the basis of my durable relationship to my girlfriend, however a year later being of issued the card our relations broke up and i got married to my current wife in 2010 but i never changed my residence card because at a time i have called HO and asked if i had to apply for a new RC they said there is no need to do that however someone else have strongly advised me to reapply on the basis of my new relationship. The question is do i have to apply outside the UK or can i apply within in the UK?
Thank you very much for your help

Hi,
You better call them and speak to one of their adviser. Explain about your status now. tell them your broke up and now married with different person. And then ask about your RC.
