My wife is a polish citizen came over to the UK in 2006 to work and she as been with the same company since 2006 till now, but three year ago she went uni to studies and still doing part time work with her company now she want to apply for her PR does she need these comprehensive sickness insurance as well Plse advice and thanks

If she continued to work part-time while at University, then she continued to exercise Treaty Rights as a Worker, and no CSI required.
