What can I do I made application in dec.2007, married to an EU in NOV 2007 with a 3 years old boy, HO refused the application saying is boggles I appeal and won the appeal in 27 September 2011 but am still waiting to hear from home office to sent me my RC, I have wrote to HO and noting forthcoming, should I withdrawal the appeal and make new one, as per the JR the cost is just too much for me pay please help me out ASAP. i will be very thankful to you guys.

If you've won, then trying to withdraw the appeal would be illogical.

did you write them a complaint letter? if yes then did they send you any ref number? if yes then write them again with ref number indicating you will seek legal advice?

I do sent email to them complaining about the delay but no ref number or any reply from them.
