Funds for marrying Eu nation citizen

hi
i am raju,i am on psw visa,i am Indian and my wife is European.we are newly married.but i am lot confused,how i will apply for family visa as she is European.

what kind of visa i can apply?
how much funds i need to maintain?
how long i need to maintain?
how about her visa and funds?

literally how i will do my process?

i been trying on ukba websites, I couldn't find relevant details.so please kindly help me in guiding me

For EEA related questions, it is better to post in the dedicated EEA section than here.

The rules for EEA nationals and their family members are different from the UK immigration rules you might be familiar with.

Which nationality is your wife? Romanians and Bulgarians have still some restrictions on their activities in the UK.

What is your wife doing in the UK? working? studying? self-sufficient? She will need to exercise EU treaty rights, in order for you to be able to apply for a Residence card.

You should be aware that the UKBA might question your relationship as Asian marrying a EEA national (in particular Eastern European one) when their current leave in the UK is about to expire, is flagged in many cases as a suspicious sham marriage so the HO might be asking for additional evidence in case they suspect your marriage.
