Why do you think you need to provide Skype and/or emails? Usually a marriage certificate is all that is required. Is there any reason the ECO would suspect the marriage not to be genuine?

Where and how were you married? Have you lived together? Where is your wife presently?

In general there is no need to provide anything more than a marriage certificate. But there are exceptions, thus I ask the question above.
