Family member of EEAnational as dependent parent

Hi,
If any one can help me regarding Family member of EEA national as dependent parent,
i.e. Iam non EEA national & have a visa as Family member Of EEA national since july 2010 & we have a baby as well.
So my query is can i bring my parents in UK as family member of EEA national as a Dependent Parents & can i be the main sponsor.
I work full time & my wife part time & we have a house on mortgage & i earn enough to support my parents .Also i had 6K as a balance in my a/c.
Please any one can help me out with my above Query , will be appreciated.
